Here’s how the ordering process works:

First, pick a historical body from our catalog. Each option will fit perfectly on your pets - all you have to do is pick one.

Second, choose a picture of your pet and upload it using the upload button.

You are almost done! Complete the ordering process by adding the item to your cart and placing your order.

Congratulations! Now we can start working on your order.

Our experienced and professional Petfy artists will create your personal pet portrait. Once your masterpiece is completed, you will receive a tracking number from us as soon as your order is on its way.

Photo guidelines for creating your pet photo

Make sure your pet’s photo is captured in daylight
Make sure the pet is well-positioned with a good distance
Make sure your pet’s head is fully visible
Consider your pet’s head angle with the angle of the selected portrait’s body
Avoid blurry or pixelated shots.

Please note that your pet’s photo serves as a design template for our Petfy artists.

Our published artworks were all created based on good-quality pet photos. Because we always want to serve you better, we always advise our customers to send us very clear pictures.

If your pet picture does not meet our photo guidelines for best quality, we will contact you before we start working on it.
