Are you yet to receive your invoice?

You will receive your invoice by email within 24 hours after your order has been received. Our experience shows that our emails sometimes end up in the spam folder. Hence, our advice is that you add our email to your contact list so that you will receive it in your direct inbox. 

However, if you still cannot find your invoice in your inbox or spam folder after checking your spam or adding us to your contact list, please send us an email with your order number to support@petfy.shop, and we will send you the invoice immediately.
